Agony..

fb says i haf the mentality of a 21 year old..mum says i m physically 60 years old..o mayb older..cos i sprained my back since last fri..n there seem to be no progress at all..it hurts when i lean, when i sit, n esp when i lie down to sleep..will get those irritating spasms each time i lie down..when i do get to sleep, i cant get up the next day..the whole body goes "solid"..as though i haf been mummified..n when i can finally move myself, pain greets me..used to love to sleep..now i dread to go to bed..

sigh..can i change a new back??think it's super swollen now..sigh..
