kekeke..minesweeper is the game tat i used to hate most..kekeke..cos i nv win..n the score between me n the other opponent is always v far..but lately, i m addicted to it..after playing numerous times wif my cousin, i m able to draw our score closer..hehehe..anyway, i m damn happy today..cos i nv got so close bfore..kekeke..although in the end i lost..

Stress..

this is unbelievable..i haf taken like umpteen times of major and minor exams..but i m nv this nervous n stress..sigh..first time i got no confident as to whether o not i will pass n stuff..first time i go to the library more than once to study for an exam..first time due to the stress of the exam i cried (well..there are other factors as well..but other than blaming to stress i cant think of any other reason y i cried over tat matter..)

hmm..i dunno if it is stress o jus me sleepin too much..i am like an empty walking shell..no appetite (confirm got nothing to do wif stress n exams..), no mood (sleep too much ba..)...well, basically i jus keep wasting time..watch anime la..wake up late la..do nothing la..n time jus keep ticking by..

and now, i m in a very contradictory state..tat even me myself dun get it..i m stress yet not stress..i wanna study yet i din study..i wanna stop wasting time yet i waste time..

sigh..just leave me alone la..it shouldnt have come at all for this month..spoil my mood onli..

been waiting for it since i came back from germany..waited n waited..now tat it is finally here, i wished it nv came..n i even declare tat no matter wat happen today, i MUST go to the library..sigh..人算不如天算..anyway, i still managed to crawl to the library la..been studyin ADD these few days..kekeke..tot of "showing off" my skills sikit..

one of my greatest enemy : dysmenorrhoea (aka menstrual cramp/pain)..pain is defined as "an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience associated with actual or potential tissue damage or described in terms of such damage"..in my case should be both actual AND potential tissue damage ba..my ion channels n TRPV-1 receptor mus b very de busy now..

so, why is there a need for novel strategies in the treatment of pain??acc to the notes, it is cos of lack of efficacy, dose limiting adverse effects and unwanted side effects..

i wonder if there is a mutation in a certain gene tat can cause certain individuals to haf dysmenorrhoea..if so issit a autosomal recessive mutation o a dominant mutation??if it is a recessive mutation, will gene therapy help??if it is a dominant mutation, will antigenes, antisense, SiRNA and ribozymes work??

if gene augmentation and inactivation is not rational for treatment of dysmenorrhoea, then screening of potential ligands by molecular modelling should be done..this can save time and cost..

sigh..tot it was a hot day..so cooked some green bean soup wif the remainder of my green beans..mana tau..i was watching naruto..n by the time i went to the kitchen, my green bean ad burnt..even bfore reaching the kitchen i ad can smell the burnt smell..lucky tze yan was in the kitchen to off it for me..if not, the h n j block of jbc might need to go for a wee trip downstairs..n i will surely b stoned to death by angry imu students for disturbing their studies..the ang mohs might all b outside ad..to enjoy the sun..even after experiencing the autumn n winter days here, i still dislike the sun very much..the sun here can b super hot!!sigh..might consider walkin ard naked again..anyway, i haf to throw away the whole pot of green bean..currently i am making barley..hopefully it dun get burnt again..sigh..
